Terms & Condition
Dueller’s Point reserves the right to refuse or void any orders. Dueller’s Point also has the right to amend the quantity and pricing of any orders.
There are several possible reasons for this:
Fraud/Unauthorized transactions.
- We have the right to reject any payment that we find to be suspicious in nature. All payments made via a fraudulent account will be reversed.
Sudden Changes in pricing.
- While every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing for all items, there will be times of severe price fluctuations or human error during data entry. Therefore, Dueller’s Point will have the right to amend any order when this happens.
Non-Payment.
- Items with the exception of pre-orders have a holding period of 2 days unless a grace period is requested. Grace periods can be requested via email to our email address, play@duellerspoint.com
- Pre-order will have their payment deadline specified on the product page itself.
