All card orders will be mailed out in bubble envelope. Purchases will be mailed out within 3 days upon confirmation of payment.
Local Orders
1. Local Standard Mail :
Orders will be mailed to your preferred address selected via Singpost. We will be responsible for any case of lost / stolen mail. Estimated delivery time for local standard mail is 1-3 working days.
2. Registered Mail :
This service is ideal for confidential or important items which require special handling, processing and accountability. Any postal item can be registered for delivery locally or internationally.
Tracking Number will be provided on Registered Mails. Any case of lost or stolen mail would be looked into and are eligible for up to 100% refund.
Estimated delivery time for registered mail service is 1-3 working days.
3. Local Pick up:
All single and product orders can be collect at our store at BLOCK 450, HOUGANG AVE 10, #B1-541, SINGAPORE (530450).
International Orders

Estimated shipping duration is as follow below for international orders:
- Asia, Australia and New Zealand: 6 - 10 Working days,
- North America and Western Europe: 12 - 21 Working days,
- South America, Southern Europe and Eastern Europe: 14 - 21 Working days
Due to customs inspections and the localized mail service of a specific country, international orders could take as long as 30 days for shipment to arrive.
