All items found within the event should be referred to the registration counter.

The Organizer is not liable for any damages caused to the vehicles whilst parking during the event.

Rest Rooms:

Toilets are available inside the park.
Toliets are also located at Wild Oats Punggol Park,
Duellers Point, Punggol Park CC and KPT @ Blk 401

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the park, administered by NEA. Participants caught smoking will be asked to leave the event.

Event Security

Participants must arrange your own insurance to cover all stages of the event and be particularly careful to pack light, portable belongings.  Please be sure to see that your belongings are not left unattended until all portable items have been secured. The Organizer will not accept responsibility for theft, loss or damage of personal belongings, stores or any other equipment belonging to organisers, participants or visitors during the event. The organizers will also not accept any responsibilities for any injuries incurred by the participants during the event. There will be a safety briefing before the group departs to remind participants to remain safe at all times during the event and any possible dangers that they may encounter.

The Organizer will provide general security around the clock. Security will patrol the park in general, but their duties will not include specific attention to individual personal belongings. All participants in the park must wear identification at all times during the event.

Please be advised that there are no child care facilities in the event venue. Children under the age of 15 will need parental guidance.  This regulation is enforced for both security and safety reasons.

Regulatory Authorities

Where applicable, the above rules and regulations are additional to rules and directions set by the Regulatory Authorities. All participants must abide by the code of practices set by the relevant Regulatory Authorities.
